Brutal as a building that has fallen out of time, the X-CHAIR challenges the viewer.A radical design by Hermann August Weizenegger for the collection of OUT. Arrived in the here and now, the X-CHAIR sets new standards in terms of sustainability; made entirely of recycled plastic, produced fairly andit can be fed back into the production cycle without any problems. Gentle at the moment of touch, the X-CHAIR in matte black breaks the light. A monument that works both as a statement in the living area as well as outside defies wind and weather. Berlin brutal with contemporary relevance - for a self-determined generation. The X-CHAIR was presented 2020 at the Berlin Museum of Decorative Arts, since then it is part of the permanent exhibition. Since 2022, it has also been on display at the Pinakothek der Moderne in Munich.
